subs and stuff

i was doing a hospital visit on Friday (everyone is fine) and the surgery went way long. i walked through a mall for about 3 hrs while i waited and figured out 2 things. #1 i don't like being in malls for 3 hrs (no good car stores)(but i do like the store that sells all the stuff that is on infomercials that are not available in stores) and #2, cell phone stores suck. they wanted to make me pay $30.00 to get a sim card installed. for those of you that don't know, a sim card slides into a slot like a credit card in your wallet and that's it. no big deal. just push it in and we are good to go. it takes about 10 seconds, maybe, and you have just avoided $30.00. i explained that i would not pay any such fee and i would turn around and walk out of the store if they tried to make me pay. they didn't believe me and then i walked out. so now i still need a new phone and i am fine with that. So after the hospital visit (everyone is fine ) i drove to a store to buy a gift for my son (its his birthday today) and looked over to the left where i saw a store called krazy krazy. it must be getting hard to name stores. but anyway, i walked in and saw a wall of subwoffers in boxes, they were $50.00! now to put this in perspective, subs cost at the low end $75.00 and boxes start at about $100.00 and both go way way up from there. now the problem i have is that in my jeep there are no speakers capable of any type of lower frequency music (base) this is because of space restrictions (as in there is none) so the speakers are way small the problem is that behind the back seat is so shallow that no sub box will fit. THAT IS UNTIL NOW!! Charlie, (my jeep) now has some bottom end in the music. it has a very cheep sub in a box that sounds not too bad. I installed it in my new not finished garage. I have about 60 percent of the garage up.it needs power, insulation, sheeting, heat, doors, and windows but none of that matters cuz i put a sub in a jeep IN MY NEW SHOP. Cheep and it fits. Awesome.

Happy B-Day PDub! And your dad has a usable, if not finished, shop. That is so cool!
What is with you (Peter Thomas) and phones? You seem to go through more phones than underwear. Of course, underwear usually is tougher than technology. Okay, this comment is quickly degrading. Tootles.
