day off

last night i had youth group and it was very fun. then this morning i preached for 25 minutes and i learned 2 things. #1 when you scream for 3 hrs doing fun sport, runnin, stuff; the next day when you try to preach for 25 minutes, your voice and throat hurts! #2 preaching twice consecutively is hard and then you need a day off!

then i bought a Slurpee and it was awesome
